To ad-lib is to 'speak or perform without previously preparing one's words'. My heart is to communicate the words that I feel prompted to piece together. Unscripted, unrehearsed, somewhat impromptu and occasionally random :)

True Beauty....
People are like stained glass windows: they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within.
